Heat pump specialists Source Energy, have been shortlisted for 3 categories at the National Heat Pump Awards 2014; Domestic Air source Installation of the Year, Domestic Ground Source Installation of the Year and Installer of the Year.
Ground source and air source heat pumps are a highly efficient method for providing hot water and heating, for each unit of electricity used, the heat pump can provide 3-4 units of heat, which helps to significantly reduce energy bills for those households off-gas (with direct electric, LPG or oil heating systems). Heat pumps are also eligible for Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payments, which could pay you £1,000’s over a 7 year period.
Last year Source Energy won ‘Installer of the Year’ at these prestigious National Heat Pump Awards. The company has since gone from strength to strength by expanding their services nationally and opening a new office in Perth.
