If at any point you have an issue with your heat pump solution, our Service Delivery Team are only a phone call away. Often, your problem can be solved by a conversation with the day’s Duty Engineer, who will be able to talk you through the necessary steps to diagnose and solve the issue. If the issue cannot be solved over the phone, we will arrange for one of our experienced engineers to attend your property. With our aftercare package, you will benefit from an annual service and reduced labour charges.
