Source Energy pro-actively ensures that all employees are fully trained in the latest heat pump and business advancements. This is achieved through partnership with external training providers, manufacturers and third party suppliers and in-house training.
Source Energy Engineers hold qualifications in plumbing, installing, servicing and fault finding of heat pumps. As well as both Part L – Energy Efficiency and Part P – Electrical qualifications.
We have used the South West Assessment and Training (S.W.A.A.T.) Centre for many of our engineering qualifications. We choose this centre as they are local leaders in the training industry, recognised by numerous awards.
