Source Energy was formed in 2008 by a team of experienced heat pump engineers and sales managers. Our head office is located in Grampound Road, Cornwall from where we have grown from a regional company to a national company. In 2013 we opened our Scotland office based in Perth, and we grew our head office team by 25%.

Source Energy is 1 of only 12, Mitsubishi Electric Living Environmental Systems Partners, this means that we can provide our clients with an exclusive 5 year manufactures warranty on Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pumps.
In 2013, Source Energy installed 4x the amount of air source heat pumps than the average MCS accredited air source heat pump installer and 10.5x the amount of ground source heat pumps than the average MCS accredited ground source installer. We also won ‘Installer of the Year’ at the National Heat Pump Awards 2013, demonstrating out leadership in the heat pump market.
Source Energy expects to expand further with the launch of the Renewable Heat Incentive, to form engineering teams across the South West, South East, Scotland and the North. Our head office in Cornwall will double in size to form a national service centre to provide our clients with an exceptional level of telephone support and efficient heat pump system design.
The Grand Awards Dinner for the Cornwall Business Awards will be held on Thursday 15th May 2014 at the St. Mellion International resort. Each category has 3 finalists shortlisted, winners will be announced on the night.
