- Enquiry: One of our experienced area sales managers will discuss your project in detail, meeting with you where required to ensure complete understanding of your project.
- Quotation: Once we have a clear set of plans, we will produce a preliminary quotation for you to consider.
- Proposal: When you are happy in principle with our solution, we will produce a detailed proposal and full technical design information to MCS and REAL code guidelines.
- Order: You sign the order and pay your first stage payment.
- Technical site survey: Your dedicated project coordinator will arrange the technical site survey with one of our experienced engineers and yourself, site manager and other trades, ensuring clear understanding of installation requirements and scope of works by all parties.
- Installation and commissioning: Your dedicated project coordinator is your main point of contact, throughout the life cycle of the installation and the commissioning of your project. They will arrange for our installation and commissioning works to be completed at the relevant stage of your project. For ground source heat pump installations we will be engaged very early in your project when you are completing ground works. We provide underfloor heating and or radiator solutions at first and second fix stage. Both ground source and air source heat pump equipment will be physically installed and commissioned towards the end of your project when mains water and power is in place.
- User training: This is completed during the commissioning process so it is important that you are available to spend time with our engineer. Your user training is usually completed when the heat pump is handed over to you on commissioning. You can view videos or download instruction manuals from our Mitsubishi heat pump and Danfoss heat pump sections.
- Customer handover: A detailed customer handover pack is provided with a copy of commissioning certificates, MCS certificate and details of ongoing support services.
