Our Business Development and Marketing Executive, Kayleigh Taylor has been shortlisted for ‘Best Marketing Impact’ at the Unlocking Potential Graduate Awards, as recognition of contribution to business growth and success.
Kayleigh joined Source Energy in 2012, after completing an MSc in Climate Change and Risk Management and a BSc in Physical Geography with Science Communication. Kayleigh is passionate about reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment whilst communicating effectively to maximise engagement.
“Heat pumps help homeowners to reduce their carbon emissions and help them to become resilient to future fuel poverty and climate change – This greatly appealed to me when applying for the Business Development and Marketing Executive role at Source Energy. I am really happy to have been nominated for the ‘Best Marketing Impact’ award.” Said Kayleigh Taylor.
Kayleigh developed and implemented a marketing plan to increase brand awareness and promote the benefits of renewable energy in particular ground and air source heat pumps as a low carbon solution to provide hot water and heating.
Source Energy is committed to staff development and recognises the value of graduates. We are engaged with Unlocking Potential to fully enhance the development of our graduates to support their transitions into the working environment. This has helped our business to significantly develop and expand services nationally.
“Source Energy’s engagement with Unlocking Potential and the fantastic training opportunities has given me the confidence and skills to effectively transfer my academic knowledge to the work place, giving me independence in my role.”
