The latest issue of The Sunday Times has indicated that the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) is due to launch tomorrow (Wednesday 9th April 2014). The RHI is a government incentive to encourage the installation of renewables such as heat pumps to heat homes in the UK.
