Source Energy installed an air source heat pump for Bill Ewen in January of 2014. Unfortunately, in October of 2015, a fault occurred with a part of the system that wasn’t supplied by Source Energy. Below are Bill’s comments about the service he received:
“I would like to put on record how impressed we were with the help, understanding and reaction we received – which was fast, friendly, sympathetic and professional.
Although (as it turned out) the expansion vessel was not Source Energy supply, you nonetheless undertook to obtain a replacement tank and Jason, your Engineer, fitted it the next day. We have dealt with Jason before and always found him friendly, and efficient.
