We are extremely pleased to announce that Source Energy has won ‘Commitment to Graduate Development’ at the Excellence in Business Training Awards 2014.
The black tie award ceremony was held on the 24th January at the Atlantic Hotel, Newquay and was hosted by Cornwall College Business. This event brought together over 170 professionals from the Cornwall business community to celebrate exceptional training and staff development.
“We are immensely proud of the achievements of our employees – this award reflects our commitment to training as well as their commitment and hard work across the business. This has been underpinned by the access to workshops and graduate training provided by our graduate partner Unlocking Potential. It demonstrates that by working together to identify the right talent for our business we can all achieve success beyond our expectations. We shall continue to invest in training for all of employees to build upon this success.” said Alison Hodges, HR Manager.
The ‘Commitment to Graduate Development’ award was sponsored by South West Water who selected Source Energy as the winner. Cormac Solutions Ltd and Ocean Hosing Group Ltd were also acknowledged as runners up in this category.
Source Energy currently employ four graduates with various degrees and we are looking forward to welcoming a further two graduates to the team in February 2014.
