To apply for the RHPP you should apply for a voucher from the Energy Savings Trust (EST).
This voucher can be applied for at any stage of the installation and is valid for 5 months for air source heat pumps and 6 months for ground source heat pumps, or until 31st March 2014 whichever is sooner.
Upon completion of the installation this should be submitted with your MCS certificate and installer check list.
You will receive 80% of the voucher value within 31 days. The final 20% will be received after your heat pump meter starts to provide data. If your heat pump installation is deemed unsuitable for metering the final 20% payment will be made within 10 days after the the end of the scheme (31st March 2014).
