Your heat pump will require metering if:
1) You have back up heating
2) If your property is occupied for less than half the year (183 days) e.g. second homes.

Please note that this metering is different to the ‘Optional Metering and Monitoring Service’ which qualifies for additional funding via the RHI. Source Energy will provide more details on this specific form of metering in due course.
